Only New Perpetual Licenses and New Subscription Licenses are eligible.
Eligible IBM Security Software Products, IBM AI Apps Software products, IBM Data & AI Software products, and IBM Automation Software products.
For multi-year subscription licenses, if the multi-year licenses are invoiced and billed annually, only Year 1 is eligible for the rebate. If the multi-year subscription licenses are invoiced and billed up front, Year 1 and Year 2 are eligible for the rebate.
Transactions must be booked by IBM on or before the end of the current quarter, June 30, 2022. We will use Passport Advantage “Sales Order Date” as the qualifying date.
